Who I Am
I'm Raven — a Behavior Technician and Program Leader who's spent my career in East Bay classrooms supporting students with diverse learning needs. With a BA in Psychology and direct experience implementing IEPs and behavior support plans, I know firsthand what helps students not just get through their homework, but actually build confidence in how they learn.
My Mission
My mission is to help every student — especially those with diverse learning needs — build the skills, confidence, and self-advocacy to thrive academically and beyond. Drawing on my background in special education and applied behavior analysis, I create individualized, judgment-free support that meets each student exactly where they are, not where a one-size-fits-all curriculum expects them to be.
My Commitment
I'm committed to meeting every student exactly where they are — not where a standard curriculum assumes they should be. That means real data collection to track progress, consistent behavior strategies that carry over between sessions, and close communication with families every step of the way. Progress isn't guesswork here; it's tracked, adjusted, and built to last.
